Absolute joke of a lender. They repo’d my car with a $40 dollar past due balance. I repeat, a FOURTY dollar past due balance that was from a failed ACH payment. Absolutely zero communication.. my account didn’t reflect this past due balance for over 2 weeks. Now I have to pay $800 in “repo fees” to get my car back. None of the staff/managers are competent to do their job. How many times is Westlake Financial going to have to be sued before they lose their license? Scum bags

IF IT WAS POSSIBLY TO LEAVE ZERO - I WOULD. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK WITH A REAL HUMAN. You are dealing with peoples money, and if we would have know that financing the vehicle with this institution was going to be a nightmare we would have never done it. What is the point of having a phone number that never goes anywhere because it just loops in the menu. It took two days to get a simple problem resolved that could have taken 30 minutes on a phone call, because WE USED THE STUPID AI to make a payment.....WHICH THEM DID NOT HAPPEN which we then paid throug the app, WHICH THEN became a three times payment...... As soon as we can we are refinancing and leaving

I bought a 2013 dodge challenger from BEST CHOICE AUTO SALES @399 WASHINGTON ROAD IN SAYREVILLE NJ i asked Lou the salesman to have the abs brake issue to be fixed and he did not do anything about the issue and was under the hood checking my air filter, there were 3 screws missing to keep the air filter box closed and a bolt missing to hold the air filter box to the frame plus NO AIR FILTER INSIDE THE AIR FILTER BOX i just want to say thank you WESTLAKE FINACIAL for enabling bad business and letting Lou the salesman scam people with un safe cars PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM BEST CHOICE AUTO SALES @399 WASHINGTON ROAD IN SAYREVILLE, N.J

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Westlake Financial. After trading in my vehicle, the dealership failed to pay a remaining $108 balance that they were responsible for. As soon as I learned about it, I paid the balance immediately. Despite explaining the situation and requesting a goodwill adjustment, Westlake refused to remove the 30-day late payment from my credit report. I understand the importance of accurate reporting, but there was no willingness to consider the circumstances or work toward a reasonable resolution. A single error during a dealership payoff process has negatively impacted my credit, and I was left feeling unheard and unsupported as a customer. I expected better customer service and a more compassionate approach to a situation that was largely outside of my control. Unfortunately, my experience with Westlake has been frustrating and disappointing, and I hope they improve how they handle cases like this in the future.

I’D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY SUPERVISOR CHRISTOPHER SALAZAR. HE WAS VERY VERY RUDE AND ACTUALLY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME TWICE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIANCÉ COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Terrible customer service. My son was on the title and passed away. I have continuously requested help in taking him off the title so that I could obtain a better car insurance rate. I even provided Westlake my auto tag company that was willing to take care of the matter. All they need was authorization from Westlake. This continues to cost me over $100 per month, and my insurance agent can get me a better rate on my condo insurance in a bundle. Additionally, a couple of times I voiced a complaint to a customer service agent and they hung up.

Slim bag company, You hear the Words Westlake financial, Just say No. Get up and walk away.

What hasn't gone wrong i purchased a car thru mars auto sales and westlake is the ones who financed my car I made 2 pmts and they charged me an nsf fee when my account was up to date. I paid it early and repeatably ask them not to charge my account on the 18th well on the 18th they tried to debit for a payment that wasn't even due and they won't take the nsf fee off they said has to be there fault wtf it was there fault. This company needs to burn to the ground when u do by chance get to talk to a human which I did once and he reapeted everything over ansmd over again and six u can always hang up then transfered to another incompetent associate. Worst finance company by far if u hear westlake walk out and dont finance shit thru them 20% interest with a 725 credit score.
