I purchased a used auto from CarsIndex, the dealer used Weslakes Financial for financing. There were some issues with the auto pay set up on their end, when I set it up, entering all required information, it appeared to go through, no rejections for incorrect information, so I assumed it was in place. I found out that it was not from a phone call from dealer. I immediately checked my Weslakes account, paid the late Jan payment and also paid the Feb payment. Receiving confirmation of payment, even though 1st payment was late. Shortly after the dealer called me and informed me I had to bring the car back, that Westakes informed them to get the car back. I tooke the car back on Feb 15, although the 1st two payments were made with proof of payment showing in my bank account. Do not use Westlakes Financial for any financing. They have been successfully sued by the US Justice Department and many individuals according to my legal research.

THE WORST FINANCIAL FACILITY IS THE WORST. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They steal your money. They have incompetent staff who know nothing. They keep passing the buck if they don't have the right answer. You can NEVER speak to a supervisor to assist you. They stole my refund from my gap insurance. NEVER SENT ME A DEBT CARD AND WHEN THEY DID THE CARD EXPIRED AND THEY TOOK THE 916.00 dollars back. I am out 916.00 and can’t do anything about it.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would recommend using any other loan servicer but this one. As another review stated, if you are late on your payment by a day, they will not stop calling and harassing you. I made a payment and now they are saying they never got the money, and I owe 500 dollars. They are scammers and should not be allowed to harass people over a late payment to this extent.

I called the title department to get a issues resolved. they released the title in the wrong person's name. After several calls to title department. I spoke with a Gustavo Arandas? who was the rudest customer service rep I have ever dealt with (he is in the wrong profession) he would not let me talk and was so rude then hung up on me. From one financial intuition to another they should do better . I had earlier spoke with a Michael and then with Albert who both was very help full and helped the situation

**DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM** Worst customer service EVER!! Even if you are on a pinch to finance your car, look elsewhere. So, they have a ''PARTNER COMPANY'' GLOBALTRACK GPS LLC I got a call from someone that I needed to get this GPS tracker on my new Truck to help me if ever gets stolen blah, blah blah... I never installed it, told them they can have it back and basically said I cannot return it and now it's like having a second LIEN on your car. If you pay off the car and never paid their service fee monthly, they will hold your tittle until you pay them off. WHAT!!! Who does this type of business?? Scammers... Nobody from both companies, WESTLAKE FINANCIAL SERVICES or GLOBALTRACK GPS LLC will remove it from my account. They said if I don't pay it they will hold tittle ''basically a lien'' so now not even A SUPERVISOR from both can resolve the issue. I REPEAT DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE. They are not honest and don't care about their customers. Miguel Cueto from Global is garbage as a supervisor there. Do not sign or purchase anything from them as they will scam you too.

If I didn't have to choose Westlake, I wouldn't have. It's the biggest scam of a company. Customer service is terrible. One representative says one thing and another says something different. How are companies like this still open? We're already taken advantage of by the world, now by companies too! I'm thankful for the loan, but if I'd known all this would come from choosing them, I would have kindly walked away and just waited. #Unscrupulous #TerribleCustomerService #ShutThisCompanyDown And I rate them less than a star.

They outright start to harass you after being late a single day on your payment. I get minimum of 5 calls a day, sometimes up to 10 even if I answer every single one of them. Unless you set up a payment for the future they claim there is no way to stop the calls. They call from a dozen different numbers to get around the daily call limits I assume, because they absolutely are breaking rules with how often they reach out. It's also not mattered how many times I tell them why I'm late on my payment, they never have any record of earlier calls and ask the same questions every single time. I tried just blocking their calls but as soon as I do they start calling from another number. I might expect this level of calls if I was several months late, bordering on repossession, but not for only a couple days late. I've tried explaining to them that the frequency of calls is way beyond what is aloud but no one seems to care.
