This company I have ordered thousands of dollars through them just recently back in March 26, 2021 I placed $127 order I have contacted west coast vape supply multiple times through emails text messages everything that they ask to contact them through customer service. They replied: we have updated our shipping providers and the shipment has been shipped out. however this is the longest I have ever waited for a package. Even during the beginning of cover 19 and they had very few employees working. I am disgusted by this it’s very sad because I was a huge fan of this company and when I read other bad reviews I thought that was hogwash. I believe the next step is to turn to the Better Business Bureau. The shipping provider they’re using is horrible. The website gives zero information.

This company used to be awesome but now they are awful. Ordered 15 bottle of juice 3/11/2021. I ordered 6 nic. They sent me 15 bottle of the wrong juice. I returned the order a week ago and they have still not sent me my correct order. I spent just under $200 and have NO JUICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY..THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL AND WILL NOT RETURN ANY CALL, Email or Text. *update—-they responded to me after I filed a complaint with BBB. smh

Placed order for ejuice....heard nothing and no reply from customer service. This company is a scam.

It has been over 3 weeks and I still havent received my order. I sent multiple emails I finally get a response saying hope you leave a great review 🤦‍♀️😂😡 that was last week and im still waiting for my order don't believe I'll ever order from west coast vape again!!!

Remember, you can always contact your bank and dispute the transaction. Don't let these companies take advantage of you and give you horrible customer service. Made a purchase and then found out that it takes them 72 hours to ship your order. Waited 72 hours and my order was not shipped. I asked for an update on my order, did not hear back from them, then asked for a refund. Days later they tell me that they apologize and will be shipping my order out today (which did not happen) even though I asked for a refund. Worst customer service. There are much better online vape supply companies out there, such as Electric Tobacconist, but unfortunately, they ran out of my vape juice so I had to order from West Coast Vape Supply. Never again. Take your business elsewhere.

TERRIBLE! So I’ve been ordering Vape supplies online for years and decided to do some research about other companies and the best places to order from as far as shipping speeds, product quality, and customer service goes and that’s how I came across WCVS. I ordered about $100 worth of product and then shortly after got an email saying it takes 72 hours to process orders. Well 6 days passed and my order still hasn’t shipped. I emailed their customer service twice with no response. I called several times and never got through to anyone. After 9 days I received an email saying the items I ordered were out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund, so I quickly replied stating YES I WANTED A REFUND. I never heard anything back, never received a refund, instead, 16 days after I placed my order I got an email stating my items shipped even though I asked for a full refund. It’s now been 6 days since I got an email stating my emails were shipped and when I track the package there’s been no updates. Just says it’s “awaiting tracking info”. For SIX days. Save your time and money and order from elementvape.com, directvapor.com, or eightvape.com

I tried to place an order with them but they blocked it saying the billing address and shipping address must be the same because "it's the law." I order from numerous other companies from California and ship one place and bill another and it has never been a problem. I ordered from Freeman a week before I tried to order from westcoast, and I just placed an order from Element and no issues. Cali has no such law, my state has no such law. They are clowns and I am glad they blocked my order because judging from the other reviews I would have gotten some fake stuff.
