I've been a customer of West Coast Vape Supply for years and will say that 50-60% of the time you have LONG delays in getting your order, the absolute worst of anyone I've ever done business with. I've only really continued with them because after years I know to order 20 days ahead of time and they offer 10% discounts regularly. However, all of that is no longer worth it. The latest example of their lack of worth as a company is that I ordered $250 worth of products (which I do most times) and it took them FIFTEEN DAYS to even print a shipping label with USPS (they know they messed up because otherwise they ship with their really slow other provider) and now, after another three days, USPS says it still has not been shipped. If you inquire into their show ship times they are totally dismissive and pass the buck to the shipping company but you can clearly see that THEY didn't even try to ship it until 10-15 days later. Do yourself a favor and never buy anything from this company, they shouldn't even be in business.

I’ve tried contacting the address that they provided and left messages as well. It’s now 30 days later and STILL WAITING for my $117.61 to be refunded to my credit card- or report them for fraud. Buyer beware.

More than 2 weeks after I paid for my order in full I contacted them to find out why my order hadn't shipped out yet. At that point they email me back saying their fraud system had a issue with my order and needed verifying. I sent them a picture of my face and my ID showing I was the person who ordered it and my id matched my card info. They still canceled my order anyway. I'll never order from them again. And I previously placed orders with these people for the last 6 years. Disgusting customer service and horrible business practices.

Promises 72 hour fulfillment time, doesn't ship for 5 days later, and the package doesn't show up to the shipper another 5 days after that. They use a "consolidator" shipper that takes another 5 days to "consolidate" the shipment. All in all going on day 15.. no package or tracking update insight. Customer service could care less.

$14 to ship within 2-8 business days? By the time I should be expecting them it will be close to 3 weeks? What? Nope! Never again!

Service went non-existent recently after ordering from them for a couple of years. A few items were substituted without my consent. Contacted and told to send pic. I did. They sent a return lable which I sent back but never received replacement product or refund.

Thought they were great then they sent the wrong product. Asked me to send pics of the product and packing slip, then assured me they would begin the process of getting the order straight. Right away I sent the pic and I have not heard another word. I emailed them 4 times now to ask to please send me a label to return the wrong product to them and receive my correct order. Nothing. Now they have my money and I have crap I won't ever use. Filed a charge dispute with my bank and next I will take legal action as I work for attorneys more than happy to help. Scam, 100%
