Wesley Chapel Toyota provided such a wonderful experience! Chris Joseph and PJ Leary are exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, witty, and knowledgeable. Chris was so personable and really understood exactly what we were looking for....he offered great advice, really knew the cars he showed us. As time went on through the couple of days it took to decide, based on our work schedules, the times when we could view the cars, I feel like we made a friend in Chris...He was honest with us and really listened, so may people in sales do not listen to your needs and wants, however, Chris did listen and we trusted him...I will so highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota and Chris Joseph to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Jack Peck was an amazing salesman, the entire process was smooth. There was some lagged time, but he continued to update me as to why the wait was so long. He was not pushy for me to purchase a car and he listened to all of my concerns and also stay within my budget. I am well pleased with his service and also Wesley Chapel Toyota as a whole. He highlighted the differences between his dealership compared to the other two I was considering purchasing from and allowed me the opportunity to converse with the other two without any hard feelings, which led me to feel like I was walking away with the best deal possible. In person, Mark Howard is congenial, confident and completely authentic. He answered all my questions, tolerated the "numbers" grilling by my dad and didn't scream like a girl when I accelerated through the curves on the test drive. Wesley Chapel Toyota's customer service is outstanding! Everyone expects car salesmen to be pushy, annoying, and frustating. However, Zach Lausell was the complete opposite. He jumped to the point with no gimmicks and quickly found a great car to fit our criteria. Soon after the test drive, Edwin A. in the finance area made light of all the paperwork we had to sign and explained everything simple and in terms. Props to the selection of cars in stock, customer service, and transition of departments. I will be recommending Wesley Chapel Toyota to friends and family.

I just purchased a 2014 Rav4 from Wesley Chapel Toyota. I was fortunate enough to have been greeted by Amanda Baron-Brookins when I arrived at the dealership.
