I'm so glad we decided to stop at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Our family just purchased our new mini van and this was the best experience in car buying. We had been taken advantage of at the previous dealership where we purchased our trade in. We came to Wesley Chapel Toyota and they really took care of us. I love that there was a play room for the kids to stay busy while we shopped. The customer service was amazing and I highly recommend our sales rep, Leeanne Randolph. She really made this car buying experience a smooth and easy one. She was quickly able to answer all of our questions and had some great advice as far as helping us choose what would fit our family best.

I recently purchased a 2014 Toyota Tundra from Richard Jackson at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Richard was the 1st impression I had of the dealership, and that 11st impression is CERTAINLY what kept me there! Richard was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE (which is what I wanted), knowledgable, personable and humble, he admitted if he did not know an ANSWER, BUT ASSURED me he would get the answer. Management and finance were both GREAT as well! I would rate this dealership 10 STARS if I could. I have already referred 2 people; my son, who will fly down from Chicago, and my best friend who is about 70 miles away! I think that says it all!!!!

We came to Wesley Chapel Toyota and presented a very difficult challenge and we were met by Will and Harry, our local crown princes at Wesley Chapel Toyota. We had out grown a car faster than we had anticipated. We had a sub compact car and with changing circumstances needed the room of a 4 Runner to drive 2 children to school and events, as well as carry research projects to greatly improve the state school system with the English as Second Language program for children and adults. Will and Harry, showed my daughter the new 4 Runners that perk our interests but there was something missing. So they had an idea and my daughter test drove a limited edition Highlander. Wow! The car exceeded our expectations. We found what we needed to meet the next phase in our growing lives. We could haul science projects with multi lingual posters, and safely transport our precious passengers and still have room for the unexpected stop at the grocery stores. Now the challenge begins which is why I love coming to Wesley Chapel Toyota. This was to become our fourth car that we purchased over the years. Our trade in value was worth a negative $8,000. Let me spell that out, We were coming with a trade in worth a negative eight thousand dollars. I assured my daughter the night before if anyone can help us the team at Wesley Chapel can do it. My children run a business and are raising two children so there credit is stretch. I am a widowed Dad and I have finished paying 7 years of medical expenses, and my credit score is fair, in recovery and is overseen by a legal team that does credit repair. "Prince Will" and "Prince Harry" of Wesley Chapel Toyota went to work with the third member of our incredible team, Finance Director Edwin. Let me tell you, these three men worked hard calling our prequalified creditors presented options that were not all that acceptable and then they went back and worked some more and found so more acceptable offers that perked our interests, but that was not good enough for them. Will, Harry and Edwin took on a greater challenge, they new our story, they new my pain and suffering over the years and they came back with an incredible deal, monthly payments we could afford, an interest rate around 6.2 and then Edwin found and managed and sweeten the deal beyond my expectations. Edwin is a dad who loves his children and knows how precious I love my daughter. We have a life time warranty. We have the factory warranty, and Edwin also included the road side assistance with incredible protection in the event my daughter faces unforeseeable circumstances as she completes her education program. We have a Highlander that met our needs of safety, affordability and functionality. We thanked God as is our fashion and I said a Rosary each for Will, Harry and Edwin.

This is our second purchase from this family of dealerships, our first was from Tampa Honda a few years ago. The van we had purchased then had gotten old and was starting to have problems so we went in to see what was available. We were very well taken care of and didn't feel pressured into anything we didn't want. I don't want to go anywhere else to buy a car, this family of dealerships has changed my opinion on dealerships, it is always a wonderful experience. I want to send a big thank you to Vincent Haley who was our salesperson, he made us feel so good about the whole process.

Cory Canty gave excellent service and because of it, I am very happy and pleased with my new 2016 Toyota Sport! Cory was very friendly and knew a lot of very important information about all the vehicles on the property. I just bought a new 4Runner from Wesley Chapel Toyota and it was a great experience. Patrick Abad and Harry were both helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Harry drove my new 4Runner 6 hours to my hometown and then took my old 4Runner back to Wesley Chapel Toyota. He was fast and efficient with delivering the vehicle and took the time to go over everything with me. I accidentally left some CDs in my old vehicle, and Harry was kind enough to mail them back to me. I got a great deal at Wesley Chapel Toyota and couldn't be happier with my new 4Runner!
