I had a lot of service items from last years service check on my RAV4 that I did not do and I needed taken care of. I made an early morning appointment because I was going to wait. After the inspection I had another item added, the battery failed the test. So I thought I’d be there all day. I was prepared with a book and brought crackers for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised when everything was taken care of by noon. My car runs new again. Thank you Richard Kindle for keeping me informed.

Well my advisor was the best advisor I've never experienced in my entire life. The management there is amazing and the facility is gorgeous. The temperature inside the building is just absolutely perfect. The technicians do an incredible job fix everything properly the first time. I can't say enough good things about Wesley Chapel Toyota the service manager and service director really have the dealership running perfect and extremely efficient. No charge loaner cars for anything at anytime is above and beyond top level customer service. Thank you Wesley Chapel Toyota!! And thanks Phill you're pretty cool too and probably the coolest advisor I've ever met actually.
