Took my 2018 Camry in for service
Took my 2018 Camry in for service. They were supposed to get back with me about rust spots. I have contacted them 6 times and no response yet. 2018 car shouldn’t have rust.

Took my card to the dealership yesterday with all diamonds across the card with a promise of 25 grand or the lesser prize of $2500-a real con-the manager put the squeeze on after almost an hour of looking at a used f-150-the salesman was cordial and blamed verbally by the manager for not sealing the deal-don't waste your time.

Irresponsible service department and management. Brought my truck in for service, they scratched it and did nothing to fix it. Shame on them.

We came to the dealership on February 23 2019 to looking for a new vehicle. After we tested drive they gave us a price for the car and that price is sky high, so I told the sale man I didn't want to make an offer on it. I will think about it and come back later on. The sale man keep telling me to give him a price, and I did, after that he called his manager out and work with that deal. They're started to aggressive me. They tried to set me on a deal which is I have to pay a lot more than what the car worth. He keep telling to talk to him. I don't have to talk to him. Who do you think you are. If the deal is overpriced why I have to talk anymore. They make me stress out and I told him I didn't want to make a deal on it. The MANAGER start p.i.s.s.e.d off and said bad things to me. He told me BS, waste of his time, I shouldn't come to a dealership and waste his time like that. At the beginning I already told them I didn't want to make an offer on that car but they're try to get me on it, after that he p.i.s.s.e.d off and aggressive me. I think his job is to negotiation with customers not aggressive customers. It's doesn't matter how much I make the offer on the car, if it's not working he can said No, NOT AGGRESSIVE AND HARASSMENT customers like that. I do not recommend WESTLEY CHAPEL TOYOTA at all. If you want to have a good deal or happy feeling, please find another dealership.

Wow to start off . Beware of the lifetime warranty as they will completely screw your. I purchased my 2008 FJ cruiser with 38,000 miles back in 2012. I've maintained my services ( oil changes , tires , brakes etc.) I took my vehicle in because I was leaking oil at a rapid pace . I Jd the oil changed less than a week ago and have lost over a quart . All of the maintenance records were provided to them along with there own records for misc repairs . From time to time I may have gone over the mileage for the oil changes due to my heavy work load but still kept my vehicle in great shape. I even put a new cold air intake to help increase mileage and performance. I was then asked when filters were changed , spark plugs and when the radiator was flushed. After waiting for 5 hours in the dealership for my warranty to get approved .... I wasn't offered a loaner vehicle or even a courtesy ride to my home or office . They insisted I pay to rent a vehicle or drive my vehicle home because it was able to be driven given the fact it has a major oil leak. I then had to have my 8 month pregnant wife load my 21 month old into her car and pick me up . I was told I'd have an answer my the morning . I called and still no answer. Called back today around 130 pm and they are telling me it was denied because of gaps between oil changes . Are you kidding me ???? I've spent how much money and your denying your own lifetime warranty ? I was even thinking of trading in my wife's Sante Fe on a new Highlander . Guess that's out . Larry the service guy did a great job trying to help but in the end Wesley Chapel Toyota has lost my business until they make this right . I've been a loyal customer and this is how I got treated and I'm disgusted at the fact that they tell everyone they have a lifetime warranty and I will continue spread the word of there false advertising on various sites until there false claims come to a halt . Feel free to contact me for more details

Seriously the WORST customer service experience I have EVER dealt with on multiple occasions. I bought my 2013 Toyota RAV4 from them and had my included service done with them the first year and that's where the service stops. Once, I brought my car in for maintenance (read: oil change/tire rotation), I had an appointment, and was told that it would be about 1-2 hours before they even got to my car because they were so busy. I told them about the appointment and they said they had so many walk in without appointments that they were behind. So I have an appointment, but others, who don't, get service first? That's a joke. Then, I brought my car in for some service - 4 trips out there and over $2500 later my car was FINALLY fixed. They "fixed" the problem the first trip out. Except it didn't fix it. Then magically there was something else wrong. Well when I came out the second time, they didn't have the parts ordered, even though they said they would have the parts ordered. Before I came out the third time I called to make sure the parts were ordered and I'm glad I did because no one had ordered parts! We kept getting "Jacob" as our service advisor, however, coincidentally when we would bring our car in, "Jacob" was never there. I am not even sure Jacob exists at this point because I have never even seen him. Why would you schedule me with a service advisor, multiple times when they aren't scheduled to be there? I did speak to Jacob on the phone once and he made promises about discounting our service the next time we were in, however when we came in, and he wasn't there once again, we found out he had made no notes about our agreement and when he was called he stated that he "could not remember what he said". Ursala, the service advisor was the only saving grace. She discounted our service and finally got the issue fixed. I thought we were done with these scamming liars and then a week later I found a charge from them on my credit card which I was never told about and definitely did not authorize. So now once again I am dealing with them and the fact that no one seems to know anything about it. It concerns me greatly that they can just charge my credit card without notifying me or receiving any type of authorization. RUN far far from here and never ever look back. Not worth it!!!

I’m not going to say much about my experience because it’s over and done with. What I will say is your staff really needs to work on their integrity. Instead of focusing solely on selling cars no matter the cost, maybe try being honest and upfront with your potential customer. I felt like your staff was deceitful and lacked communication and at the end was insensitive and rude. Of course in the beginning everyone was nice and friendly because they wanted the sale. People will remember your character and the experience that they had. I will never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from your company.

I had visited once before, about a year ago, with my fiance'. Two weeks ago, I went in alone. Big mistake! Single women, beware. This man, Matthew Sch----- I honestly can't remember the spelling of his last name, or I'd happily include it, was the biggest jerk. Talk about the hard sell! All on and on about "how much can you afford to spend per month, little lady..." and other insulting phrases. I have three degrees and one of them is in economics. I don't need some red-faced pushy man insulting my intelligence with his "women are stupid" innuendos, and thinly masked ones, at that. Then, HE ASKED ME FOR MY NUMBER! I'd noticed he had on a wedding band at the beginning, then he went into another room for some excuse, and come back without wearing it. THEN he asked me out. YUCK! My fiance' is an attorney, or I'd tell him, but he'd probably launch a dozen lawsuits at this place. I left immediately. STAY AWAY. This place does not honor women. As I left, I saw at least two of their employees turn around and give me the look over and I do not dress provocatively. (Not that THAT would excuse Matthew Sch-----'s behavior!)
