Our 2024 Bz4 Toyota is our 2nd lease with the good folks at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Brad Simpson’s patience with our questions and Finance Mgr. Waseam Khalsa’s cheerful banter and comps to the agreement all added to a memorable and exciting day just like driving away in a NEW Toyota should be!

Today is Easter Sunday. I went to look at a used Avalon at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Salesman George approached me. No pressure, no BS strictly business but with a personality and he quickly closed the deal. The man deserves a commendation.

Been doing business here since i moved to FL in 2020. They've always been fair and courteous when servicing my car. They also offer pickup and delivery so i don't have to take a day off work. Awesome!!

First I want to thank staff for a relaxed experience we were not approached before turning our car off! We were able to look around without anyone breathing down my neck!😁. SHOUT OUT TO MARCUS!!!!! You did a great job! I can’t wait for my first road trip!!! Again. THANKYOU!!!

Customer service was excellent through out the process. Travis keep me informed as to what the status of what happened. He walked me to the rental area. I had forgot several things from my car and he had to make multiple trips to my car. He was polite and patient with all of my questions. I will recommend Travis to my friends in the future. I drive past two Toyota dealerships come to yours to get my car serviced. It is well worth the one hour 20 minute drive to go there. I am very confident when I leave there but all my issues have been corrected.

I highly recommend this dealership! Jacob Maxfield and Jeff Latham were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and made a complicated process enjoyable. I have had unpleasant experiences with previous dealerships causing me to have a negative opinion. I needed a new vehicle but was dreading going in because of those past experiences. However, they completely changed my mind! Thank you for all of the help!
