I had a great experience working with Ness again! I’ve worked with him before, so I already knew I was in good hands. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and found me the exact vehicle I’ve been wanting. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and I really appreciated his help throughout the process. I would definitely recommend asking for Ness if you’re looking for someone who will actually listen to what you want and help you find the right vehicle!

My service manager was on top of the game. While my service took 4 hours he kept me aware and made sure everything was done right.

No pressure, professional and up front with everything. Ness is a very knowledgeable and direct person. He made the process smoother with each step I highly recommend the Wesley Chapel team for all your automotive needs.

I have always driven a Toyota. The service has been good, and everyone has been very friendly. My car has been serviced within a reasonable time. However, since I purchased my brand new Toyota in 2020, I have been experiencing problems with water accumulating in my doors. Every time I take it in for service, I inform the technician about this issue. On Friday, Jessica told me that I would need a diagnosis first. I don’t think it’s fair, considering I bought the vehicle new, and there was a defect from the start. This problem should have been resolved initially instead of me having to come in to get my doors drained of rainwater. It rains constantly in Florida. I gave the service a good score only because the staff did a great job. However, I’m not sure I will buy my next vehicle from Toyota, as this issue should have been addressed when I first purchased my car.

Brandon was awesome. I’ll be back

The service advisor Rich. Kept me informed

Mason was excellent! He was patient and helpful. Don’t have the tires I wanted so he ordered them for me and gave me a courtesy car to get home. Great job WC Toyota!

Great experience and great service advisor!
