Bad experience
I began to wish I went with a local lender for my refinance after the process started to drag out. I initially posted a review complaining of the delays then received text messages from my loan person complaining about my review. Then after an appraiser took two weeks and sent the value of my home backwards I canceled my loan attempt with these folks..was a big waste of time for me.

Very poor communication
Very poor communication. Of course the sales guy is all excited initially then disappears during the rest of the process. I will make sure to let all of my clients in real estate as well as friends to stay as far away from this company as possible. Your commercials regarding no closing costs as well is false advertising.

My initial loan officer
My initial loan officer, Chris Walsh, was excellent -- knowledgeable, helpful, ready to answer my questions. He never pressured me. In fact, it was his manner over the phone that persuaded me to choose Lenox over the bank that had held my mortgage.

Great rates
I shopped around and Mike, with whom I have conducted business in the past on a couple occasions, provided the best rates and worked with me on cutting costs. He has once again proven himself and I will continue to be a client.
