Brad was fantastic! There were some issues with the title company and without his help and patience, I'm not sure we could have resolved them. His communication and follow were always prompt and courteous. Such a great person to work with!

Brad who was the person I was in contact with and he was very professional and knowledgeable, as he knew the answers to all my questions. He guided us through all aspects of the refinancing process. He explained the documents and sent them in a timely manner. We were able to use electronic signatures which speeded up the process. We were in touch on a daily basis as the refinance was being finalized and it was a smooth journey. I also like to mention that Veronica our loan processor did a great job in getting the information that was required for the refinance, especially due to the pandemic situation. I would highly recommend WesLend Financial to anyone refinancing their home!

I would like to give a 5 star but I can't do it. I was offered a .75 discount because I was repeat customer. This dragged on for weeks because the manager who granted the discount, backed out. Very unethical business practice. The monthly payment was quoted about 55.00 lower. At the end of the day I have an awesome tireless Processor who worked with me just about everyday whether it was for my Homeowners Insurance or my impounded property tax. Veronica Hall was such a delightful person to work with. If ever I have to do another refi, I'd request to have Veronica handle my file.
