Dear Imani, Thank you for sharing your perspective. We completely understand why you might be hesitant about paying to join a membership discount program, especially when it comes to honoring the military. That is precisely why we offer choices to fit every preference. For members who prefer not to pay a subscription fee, we’ve created a basic, totally free tier of membership that gives you access to a wide range of military discounts at no cost whatsoever. • The Free Tier: As a free member, you pay zero membership fees while still unlocking exclusive offers we’ve built specifically for our community—such as 15% off Breeze Airways. Plus, every free member receives a free $100 WeSalute Travel Cash gift to help reduce the cost of travel down to wholesale rates. • The Value of Premium: For those who choose our plus subscription, premium members receive a $3,000 travel cash gift every year (reloaded annually). At an average membership cost as low as $2.50 per month, a premium membership easily pays for itself with just a single booking. Whether you choose our free tier or our premium subscription, our goal is to deliver sincere, trusted recognition and meaningful savings that genuinely enhance your lifestyle. You can always select the option that best fits what you are looking for. Warm regards, The WeSalute Team

Dear Mr. Sand, Thank you for your service in the USMC and for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to clarify how our program works and the distinct value we seek to provide. Our platform operates on a two-tier system designed to give military veterans a single, convenient hub rather than forcing you to endlessly search the web or hunt down hidden merchant pages. Free Basic Member Tier: We index and publish standard, publicly available military discounts that you mention in our Marketplace at zero cost to you. You do not pay a membership fee to access these offers; we aggregate them simply to save veterans time and hassle. We also create exclusive WeSalute military benefits for our free members like 15% off Breeze Airways and give you a $250 WeSalute Travel Cash gift upon your first travel booking with WeSalute Travel. Premium WeSalute+ Member Tier (avg. $4.95/mo): Your paid premium membership unlocks exclusive, high-value benefits not available to the general public and goes way beyond what standard military discount seekers can find on merchant sites. This includes major benefits like our $3,000 WeSalute Travel Cash Gift for booking wholesale travel at guaranteed lowest rates, deep exclusive discounts directly with major airline and travel partners, enhanced partner loyalty points and special loyalty perks on travel, exclusive deep discounts on emergency medical travel insurance, a secure proof-of-service military ID card personalized with your branch of service, access to premium benefits for family member coverage, and unlimited benefits counseling with our WeSalute+ Personal Benefits Specialists, We apologize if the distinction between the free aggregated offers and our exclusive premium member benefits and services were not clear during your time with us. We would love the chance to make this right and walk you through the opportunity to receive meaningful savings that will enhance your lifestyle with WeSalute+ Please reach out to our dedicated, live WeSalute VIP Member Support at 1-866-838-2774 at so we can assist you. Respectfully yours, The WeSalute Team
