I would appreciate more customer support communication on status of current orders. Most of the time I have to initiate contact regarding status after purchase which makes the status undefined and not monitored. This adds a high level of skepticism on 5he buyers side since it's a considerable amount of money being invested.

Lost a star right out of the gate for the daily upsell emails, that started immediately, before I even received confirmation. Another star bit the dust because the amount of actual useable information provided regarding the package I ordered was extremely limited, almost like you were keeping a secret. The information that was provided was absurdly vague. Over all, the money spent/value received ratio is equivalent to the 2.5-3 star review.

It was obvious that some of the people reviewing did not read the book! Some had the wrong author and wrong context of what the book was about!

I reviewed earlier but they seemed to think I rushed my decision so I gave them another chance. I have two books with the gold package. One has 36-3 (three fell off) stars and the other 7 stars. Hmmm...One is about Jesus and one is about poetry. Some of the stars have fallen off, huh? yep. I should start taking the stars away. I am still not impressed. No more money until my poetry book gets 36 stars.

I think the conceptual idea is right. Most of the reviews were poorly written and some of them were not complete sentences.
