Used them three times and they never delivered the numbers they promised

My book was suspended for suspicious review activity based on reviews from this organization. All that work wasted because I was hoping for legit reviews and your company didn't provide them.

Hi David, We’re sorry to hear that your book has been suspended. However, we respectfully disagree with the conclusion that this automatically proves our service caused the suspension or that the reviews were illegitimate. Amazon may restrict or suspend books for a wide range of reasons, and only Amazon has access to the internal information used to make these decisions. Without reviewing the official notice you received, it is not possible to determine the specific cause or attribute it directly to one service. Our service is designed as a book-promotion campaign involving reader feedback. We do not use AI-generated review content, and we do not control Amazon’s moderation systems or account-enforcement decisions. We take concerns of this nature seriously and would prefer to address the facts directly rather than make assumptions without seeing Amazon’s official communication. Best regards, We Ratings International

An extremely negative assessment. I purchased their lower-priced package, which was supposed to include reviews of the book. Since then, I have received nothing but offers and discounts to buy their more expensive package—and not a single review of the book.

Promise results did not materialize

Well, after using your service my reviews bounced all over the place, from 30's down to 19, then up and down. The ratings vanished and it seems to have comprised my ratings from Amazon. They flagged some as fake, so they remove them. I guess I thought you all would actually read my book and give is a review. Some I had to remove because they were not even close to the storyline.

This company smells like three-day-old fish. I purchased the Silver package at $299 that promises “20 to 25 real book reviews” and “No fake traffic.” (Source, the We Ratings International website,) I received thirteen reviews. Each of the thirteen reviews indicated the Format as Kindle. None of the reviews showed the notation, “Verified Purchase.” I reviewed my KDP reports for the time period for which the reviews were dated, and there were ‘zero pages read’ for the whole time period, and no sales either. If there were no Kindle pages read and no sales of the book on Kindle or paperback, then these reviews are (using We Ratings' own language) “Fake Reviews.” Instead of “20 to 25 real book reviews” (We Ratings language) I received zero real book reviews. I sent this review to We Ratings International before posting. I received an aggressive reply alleging that my report was untrue and all the reviews were real. Interestingly, in their five-point response to this review, they noted, Point 4. “Our readers are able to engage with a preview/sample of the book, which is sufficient for them to leave feedback. This is a normal and accepted behavior on Amazon.” (Note, the bolding is theirs.) So they admit that their reviewers do not read the books. They get a “preview/sample” of the book. This admission by them substantiates my assertion of “fake reviews.” I am adding three complete reviews that were posted in this promotion. I’ll let you judge whether the reviewer actually read the book. 1. This book is a very fun and adventurous book. It makes you feel excited and eager to know what happens next. It also helps you with patience, courage and determination 2. This book delivers gripping suspense from start to finish, with a determined and complex heroine at its core. The addition of the K9 search-and-rescue element adds authenticity and depth to the story. It’s a fast-paced, emotionally charged read that keeps the tension high and the stakes even higher. 3. This story grabs you fast with a determined heroine and a chilling case that grows darker. High tension throughout makes it tough to stop reading. Great for gritty crime thriller fans. I cannot recommend this company.

This review contains multiple factual inaccuracies, and we would like to correct the record. First, our service has never been represented as providing “verified purchase” reviews, nor is that stated in the Silver package. That claim is the reviewer’s assumption, not a promise we made. Second, the suggestion that a review is “fake” simply because it is not marked Verified Purchase is incorrect. Amazon allows eligible customers to leave non-verified reviews. These exist across the platform and are not, by definition, fraudulent or against policy. Third, a reader does **not** have to purchase a book through Amazon, nor read the entire book through Amazon, in order to be able to leave a legitimate review. That is precisely why, when needed, we request a manuscript sample or preview. Readers engage with sample material, form an opinion, and are then able to leave a truthful review based on that engagement. That does not make a review false, it makes it independent. Fourth, “zero pages read” in KDP reporting does not prove that no real readers engaged with a book. Kindle page reads reflect Kindle Unlimited/KENP activity only and do not measure all forms of engagement, including preview/sample reading or external reader discovery. Fifth, the reviewer quotes our statement that readers may engage with a preview/sample and then presents that as some kind of admission of wrongdoing. It is not. It is simply part of how legitimate reader evaluation can occur. Sixth, the campaign referenced was not complete at the time this review was posted. Posting a public condemnation while a campaign is still active, and before delivery is complete, is misleading. Seventh, we do not control the wording, opinions, or style of reviews left by independent readers. Attempting to infer “nobody read the book” from the content of reviews is speculation, not evidence. We stand by our service, which uses real readers, not bots, not fabricated accounts, and not scripted review content. We welcome honest questions and good-faith concerns. We do not accept false characterizations of our business.

Nothing much happening for $300. About 4 reviews
Response from We Ratings InternationalApr 21, 2026
This review is misleading because it appears to judge an incomplete campaign as if it were final delivery. Our campaigns are delivered gradually over time, not all at once, and review velocity can vary based on Amazon moderation and normal delivery pacing. If a customer posted this review while only seeing the early stage of delivery, then it does not reflect the full service purchased. Also, receiving “about 4 reviews” at one point in time does not mean “nothing much is happening.” It means the campaign was in progress. We continue working until the review range included in the package is reached. Judging the service before completion creates a false impression for others reading this.
