Received substantially less than offered from the Diamond package. There is no way to track your campaign and gauge performance.

Hi John, We would like to clarify that your Diamond Package campaign is still active and currently in progress. You have not received the final campaign total yet because the service has not been completed. The Diamond Package includes a large-scale promotional campaign targeting 60–65 reviews. Delivering this volume takes time and cannot realistically be completed within a few days. Reviews are added progressively, and the timeline may vary depending on reader activity, the book’s niche, and Amazon’s independent moderation process. Your campaign is continuing to run, and your book is still receiving reviews. Therefore, stating that you “received substantially less than offered” while the campaign is still active does not accurately reflect the current status of the service. We kindly ask that you evaluate the service once the campaign has been completed and the full process can be assessed, rather than judging the final delivery while it is still underway.
