This review is misleading because it was posted while the campaign was still in progress and before delivery was complete. Judging a campaign before it has concluded does not accurately reflect the service. We continue working until the review range included in the package is reached, and partial progress during an active campaign should not be represented as final outcome. As for the mention of one review being posted on the wrong book, isolated reviewer errors can occur, just as they can anywhere on Amazon, but that does not define the campaign as a whole. This review presents an incomplete snapshot as if it were the final result, which is simply not accurate.

Holding our company responsible for Amazon’s independent moderation actions is simply incorrect. Amazon clearly states that customers who have spent at least $50 on Amazon in the past 12 months may leave reviews without purchasing the specific product. This is standard platform behavior and does not “alarm” the algorithm. Regarding review visibility: Amazon periodically audits, recalculates, and temporarily hides reviews across all books and categories.
