Payment hit my bank account in less than 4 days:) **** Surprised to read all the negative feedback here...if I had read it beforehand, I may have hesitated to use WePAY but I'm glad I didn't. It was super-easy! And it does seem that a customer service representative does respond to all concerns/negative posts so I think that is a really good indication that they are trying to offer a quality service (not to mention it seems like a few of those may have been due to user-error, such as an overdraft). I did have a few questions when I was going thru the process and the live online help was clear, concise, and accurate. Hope this helps! :)

very simple and good answer

We recently created a fund raiser for my grandson through a medical fund raising site . We chose we pay over our other option at that site. We pay held funds until they cleared as they where donated. That is standard banking practices. We raised more then $2500.00 in one week. We pay deposited $2500.00 and the remainder of the balance after a 7 day period. They where right there with us during the entire process , from setting up the new bank account information, explaining the credit card donation policies and getting the money to his medical account. If ever the need arises again for an online fund raiser ,we will use Wepay again .

I call in to WePay all the time for my business (law consulting, Arizona), but today Chris on chat asked if I would write a review on here, so I said of course! I was really surprised to see some of the reviews before me on here - it's surprising that people have had bad experiences. I guess it makes me wonder about what these reviewers have been trying to use WePay for. I send invoices and I've used the virtual terminal a time or two. Most of my payments still happen by check, so WePay is kind of an extra thing. I tried PayPal maybe 8-9 years ago but I remembered not being able to use it very well so I searched for alternatives and WePay popped up somewhere. I use WePay maybe twice a week and its GREAT. I really like being able to call in whenever I can't figure something out so the phone guys definitely know me - they say hi and ask how my day is going which is sometihng that i've never seen online before. Just in my town at the baker or something. Anyways, great company and the customer support RULES BIG TIME!!!
