i was a little worried about raising money for the first time and didn't know how this would all work. We Pay was really great about walking me through the process. they heleped me figure out how to verify my identity so i could get my money really fast. it was totally smooth. i was pretty surprised at how easy it was. I also loved that there were real people able to answer my questions quickly.

I was raising money for my friend. She had landed in the hopsital and didn't have enough money for to cover her costs. to make things worse, she had recently lost her job and didn't pay the rent on her place yet. I started a campaign to raise money for her and I needed the money right away so that we could pay her rent. i contacted we pay to see if they could get her money to her quickly. they walked me through everything very patiently and even helped me transfer everything to my friend, cause we pay knew that in advance that i didn't want to get stuck with any taxes. They even contact ed me a few days after to make sure everything went thru like they said it would. she finally got out of the hospital and even though things are still tough she's got a place to live for another month. we pay helped us when we really needed them.

Great experience. It was very easy to use and my cash came in quickly without any hassle. Would definitely use a service tied to WePay again.

I wanted to give a shout out to WePay for helping me achieve my donation goals.

I'm not very good with keeping track of account numbers and accidentally sent a very large sum of money to the wrong bank account. WePay and my bank were both very patient with me and we got the money in the right account with minimal time wasted.

I thought I had fraud on my credit card because I didn't recognize the charge. A we pay rep responded to my email in 10 minutes and turns out I forgot about a donation to my friends son. Because of there fast response I didn't have to call my credit card company and worry that my card was stolen.

I had a customer pay a big invoice and I was afraid that it wouldn't be approved. I emailed WePay and the agent made sure everything went through smoothly. They even checked back with me a couple days later to make sure it got in my bank.
