I call it "WEDONTPAY" or " WE WILL PLAY WITH YOUR MONEY FOR ABOUT A WEEK THEN PAY" I will never ever use this service for my business again. Zelle, Paypal, ACH,Wire, have the customer overnigh a check anything would be better They put it under review for 4 days. i had to provide more information then i did for both a business loan and a personal loan. Finally approved it, and still did not post to our business account.

I would not use this company again if my life depended on it. I would not wish WePay customer service on my worst enemy. There is no good way to get in touch with the "Customer Delight Team" (least delightful experience I've ever had, by the way). There is no contact phone number, nor a live chat option, only a ticket request form and a customer support email address that may or may not respond to you. If they do choose to respond, they often take days to do so. My team wasted hours upon hours of our time across multiple departments simply trying to get a straight answer from WePay. Multiple clients of my company who requested refunds were not refunded by WePay, and WePay would not give any explanation as to why. This company will harm your credibility as a business and you will lose customers. Do not entrust them with any of your finances. Shame on JP Morgan for allowing this kind of ineptitude.

The only reason I clicked on one star is because there is not a review with zero stars! Our organization is out approximately $1200 because we pay does not recognize who we are! And that after processing us for two years. Some of the money has been refunded, but we cannot confirm that the rest of the money has been refunded to our donors. I would never ever recommend we pay or their owners for any transactions whatsoever, and will never use them for banking business.

Sadly I found out too late that WePay is crooked. Many businesses have the same story, randomly stopped processing payments, held funds and refuse to release to me or refund to clients and it's been 70 days and counting. I've read businesses never get their thousands of dollars back even 1+ year later. Seriously considering a class action lawsuit against these criminals.

I recently started my own business and decide to use WePay for credit card processing. It was recommended by the accounting software I use, and is a subsidiary of JP Morgan, so I trusted it would be a good service. I process 2 credit card payments. The first one went threw easily, and I had no issues. The 2nd payment I process went into review. Two days later I get an email that my account is closed and my client is being refunded. That same day I get an email that they are not refunding the client, but instead holding the money for 120 days, and then will determine IF it'll be released. I sent several emails asking why my account was being closed, why they're holding this money and not refunding my client. I kept getting the same copy and pasted answers. I then researched them further and found several BBB complaints about this happening to other businesses and the money never being recovered by the business or their client after the 120 days. There is no live person to talk to, no live chat support, nothing. They eventually just stopped replying at all.

I wish we can all come together and sue WEPAY by jp morgan. Because they don't pay. i have email proofs stating the money will be deposited in my bank in 1-3 business days but for 9 days nothing and then reached out to them and poof account closed. your business is 'High risk"... no chargebacks ever... no nothing and on top 120 days funds freeze and even after that i have to request them... idk frustrated(we are a web design company) why is there no justice for small guys

No phone number for customer service…off top I’m irritated. Only email that becomes a random question submittal that they will get back to you in 2 business days! I have multiple Chase business accounts along with a Chase business credit card and a personal account with them! A customer paid me from my link I have on my invoices in Xero on 7/22/23. They NEVER told me that they were pending review and I needed additional documentation until 5 days later I initiated the inquiry. The customer never saw it come out of their account either so they told me about it. Then I created a second invoice since that one shows as paid and couldn’t do anything with it. The customer paid that one on 7/27/23. Now today randomly the one from the 22nd shows complete now, but still hasn’t hit my account yet, and the one from yesterday is in review. Then I got the message that the payment that shows complete from 7/22/23 is being held for another 7 days!!! No explanation no communication messages from them. Chase is great but I DO NOT like Wepay at all. They need to get rid of them like yesterday!

DO NOT USE!! They take your customer's payment and keep it for 120 with no meaningful reason, responses, or even a customer service number.
