They have been great to work with and any questions or issues have been resolved quickly.

Phil helped me figure out exactly what I needed to do to solve my problem and we was very quick in helping me resolve the issue on his end. I'm usually pretty doubtful when it comes to receiving help online but he has definitely made this experience a good one.

Dia was an exceptional support help. Thank You!

I had some problems sorting out charges made through WePay on my credit card. Tucker was kind, patient and very helpful in tracking down the issues and giving me some guidance to find the charges. I really appreciated his quick replies and pleasant manner in dealing with someone who at times was a bit of a "crotchety old man", so kudos to Tucker and WePay for having such a good staff person to help solve problems. Great company! Garrett

The customer service person, Jeffrey, responded promptly and with extreme courtesy and consideration. I was very impressed.
