I would definitely recommend WePay to anyone. I had very good help from both Dia & Phil. They answered my questions & pointed me in the right direction. They answered my emails in a timely manner which I appreciated. K. Diez

An unexpected pleasure! Biff at WePay reached out to me and kept me fully informed all the way til my issue was resolved. (Didn't know why my payment wasn't going through, but the WP team sorted it out.) Talk about excellence in customer support! I couldn't have asked for better in efficiency, clarity of communication, and most of all, Biff's friendly style. My experience left me wishing that whatever Biff and WePay have could be spread far and wide like a refreshing autumn breeze.

Liv, my final consultant, did EXACTLY what I had hoped for in closing two accounts. When I opened the first two accounts I received no wepay email and was distraught. I opened a third and it went though but 20 dollars had been submitted under one of the first ones. She cleared the problem, AND deleted the two wrong accounts. I couldn't ask for better service. She's DEFINITELY a KEEPER!! REGARDS, AUDREY ALBERTSON

Monica has been wonderful and so very helpful throughout our crowdfunding experience. There have been a few glitches/learning curve and she's always prompt to revolve our issues. Thank you Monica!!!

The fundraiser I donated to was closed down and I immediately received an email saying I'd be credited (still waiting for that, though when I emailed them (Dia, the lovely person on the other end), told me it takes 3-7 days. She even told me why the fundraiser was closed down, which was very nice (I was only curious). Thanks!

Wepay cancelled my account without any explanation. Within 48 hours if emailing them asking why they closed it my account was reopened. Dia with customer service was very nice and very helpful!!

I needed help connecting my new email account to my existing WePay/Meetup account. Skylar was very helpful in making this happen in an efficient and effective manor. Thank you!
