WePayReviews of wepay.com

I couldn't' remember what I had contributed to so found the online site and was walked thru the search so easily that I got back to my taxes much faster than anticipated. I sent thanks and Carrie promptly responded. This seems like a great site. I hope more folks use it.

I made an error while using the service where I initiated so many banking transactions simultaneously such that when the micropayment verification transactions cleared, it was not possible to determine which micropayments were associated with which macropayment. Their customer service department (specifically Liv) was able to resolve this promptly.

I had some questions concerning the withdrawal program relative to a "HoneyFund" account ILO of gifts for an upcoming wedding. Liv answered my questions quickly and completely. Tom

Mira was extremely helpful in getting an old balance transferred to our bank account, working methodically and thoughtfully through the issues preventing us from collecting the money. WePay alerted us to this credit balance and our non-profit is extremely grateful. Thanks again Mira!

WePay answered my question right away. Liv helped me. simple and easy.

It was my first experience to donate from overseas. Selene from WePay Customer Delight was telling me the progress without leaving me alone, and wiped away my fears. Thanks a lot.

Liv is extremely helpful and addresses problems quickly and successfully. I had a big problem with a misunderstanding that put the money donated into my fundraiser on hold causing a great deal of stress and anxiety. Liv took care of this and helped to resolve things in a timely manner all the while communicating with me regularly while this was going on. That really helped, especially as no one else at the site communicated with me. If it hadn’t been for Liv, this stressful experience would have been much worse. She is very nice and helpful and on point. Thank you Liv!

Peter was very helpful in explaining the process to me. WePay is great!!
