Mira in Customer Service was my angel today. I had an unrecognized charge on my account recently and she was able to quickly research the charge and provide information. WebPay is listed as a payment processor for crowd funding but they also process payments for all types of businesses. Once Mira was able to tell me specifically which store had processed a payment, my fears of bank fraud were calmed today.

I work for a church and we use WePay for our payment platform. I recently had an issue with one of our lovely members and needed a transaction cancelled mid-way. I submitted a ticket and immediately got a response (within 30 minutes!) from Mira at Chase Integrated Payments who took care of it all for me. She was very pleasant and professional. Nice to have an efficient, immediate response!
