I manage a non-profit that runs summer camps. Due to COVID-19, there were parents who registered their kids for camp but decided to not send them, so refunds were required to be issued. Since some of these parents had registered their kids months ago, I could not manually refund them myself and required Chad's assistance. He was efficient, kind, and super helpful! I thought it was going to be a painful process, but I was wrong thanks to Chad's help!

Chad helped me to resolve a charge on my MC that I didn't recognize. He was prompt, thorough, and professional. My first request to WePay produced only a 5 year old charge, but Chad quickly found the current charge for me and forwarded the information. He even gave me complete contact info for the organization making the charge in case I needed more information. I would be happy to work with Chad again if I should ever have another issue to be resolved. Thank you Chad!

I had an issue with their automated response on the website. I contacted customer service and Chad requested a little more information from me. Once he had that, he resolved the issue immediately. Great response and great customer service.

The customer service is awesome! I had an issue with confirming micro deposit amounts. Chad responded Instantly and my issue was resolved within a day!
