I didn't know what the charge was on my credit card from Nov 2017 (15 months ago) and Mira responded to me very quickly that they would investigate for me. I found the information myself a couple of hours later and notified them of that fact. They again she respondef quickly hhst they would close their file. Great service on the follow up.

I am closing out my account with WePay, not because I am dissatisfied, but because my fund raising is over - temporarily I hope. There were some features in WePay that may not have been as intuitive as I might like, I was always successful in getting issues clarified or resolved by using their on-line support. I found them prompt, personal and helpful - most recently with Selene. The only issue that I wasn't able to resolve satisfactorily, was expanding the list of people to send notices to who weren't administrators

Mira at WePay was very timely in answering my question I had about a charge. I was impressed by how quickly my question was answered.

WePay is so simple that it abstracts away features and details that I actually sometimes need to access. Its connection with Action Network is too opaque, as well, although that is largely Action Network's fault. However, Selene in "customer delight" was extremely helpful when we had in issue with two lookalike accounts. Thanks, Selene!

Courteous and helpful support. Email only and a little slow on the replies - thus 4 stars. Should have a 24 hour response guarantee. They did resolve my problem and were very nice about it.

I like customer service at WePay. They read all emails the same day and try to resolve problems as quickly as they can. Mira helped me a couple of days ago and was very communicative about the steps and how long she expected it would take to resolve the issue. I appreciated that since it helped me take my off WePay and focus on other tasks.

My company uses WePay to process credit card payments for event registration handled via Constant Contact. We open registration for many of our events months and months prior to the event date, and sometimes, early registrants may cancel and require a refund. Unfortunately, WePay does not allow you to process a refund yourself for any transaction older than 60 days - something I learned only after trying to issue the refund myself, receiving error messages (with no explanation) and then contacting customer support. Luckily, Mira - the representative who assisted me - issued the refunds without conflict. Support was quick - less than 5-hr response time - and helpful. A few days later, additional refunds needed to be issued and Mira handled that for me as well, though now I know that all additional issues of this kind will require that I submit a fresh support ticket. Support tickets can only be requested from the "support" page - not from my account's dashboard - making it a little cumbersome. Maybe the system could recognize that I'm trying to refund a transaction older than 60 days and prompt me with the option to contact a support representative to process the refund? Really, though, it would just be nice to not have this 60-day limitation on issuing refunds myself.
