I used to use WePay for work, and had an overwhelmingly good experience with them. With my new job, at Movement Media, LLC, I just used WePay Support to figure out the source of a charge to an online fundraiser, and Mira over there was very helpful in confirming the exact page for it. I signed up with WePay through InvoiceReady and there was something wrong with my account which prevented me from withdrawing my money into my bank for over 7 days. Thankfully, Oliver was able to release my funds on their end the very same day I asked for help!!!

I saw an unfamiliar charge on my credit card statement. So I called the associated phone number and found out I can log into WePay online to get charge information.
