First of all, let me say this is a good site to raise money easily! BUTTTTT!!! getting your money is THEE worst hassle EVER. First there was a problem with verifying who i was. Which was cool and understandable. A lady named Mika contacted me and told me I need to have the direct beneficiary to put HIS bank account on file instead of mine just to make sure no fraud stuff was going on. Alright cool. NEXT THING YOU KNOW they want to deposit 11 cent and 9 cent into his account to verify his ACCOUNT was real smh. So now that everything is verified and good to go, WE'RE STILL WAITING on over $1000 for about a week and a half when it says it should only take 2-5. Eldridge tells me to check with his bank because it's probably his bank. UM NO ! it's y'all ! Im about to take legal action if my friend doesn't receive the money that all these people donated to him. This isn't right !!!! It should never be this hard and take so long to get the money. Never will I use this site again. They're on some garbage and seeming very suspect !!!

I started using wepay 2 years ago. I was pleased at first and then all of a sudden I started getting several emails how they were changing service. I went to my login page and couldn't get in. They changed everything and they also sent to me collections because they refunded money to a guest and normally take it out of the account. I spent hours trying to fix that and then I am now notified we can't make payments on my website anymore! This is totally unacceptable. I never write reviews unless they are really bad and they are terrible they won't email you back. Don't use wepay!!

I am a business owner this transaction was failed because I had the customer enter his info via my mobile device through my Invoice ASAP portal. At the time the transaction processed fine, it wasn't until much later that we found that they canceled the payment! After much hoop jump we finally got an answer to why the payment was canceled and it was a TOS issue. I would not recommend this company.

They have verified my account with the cent deposits and yet still have not made the deposits to my account and are again asking for new account information. They are stalling and not depositing my money. Everyday I log in it says the next day deposits will be made, but so far, it has not happened. How horrible of them to do this when I've told them by email several times that I need these donations for the dogs surgery.

They tried to steal 73.60 from my bank account. Luckily my bank caught this

With all of the venture capital they brag about online, maybe you should try using that to actually approve payments automatically. Since the bulk of your customers are small businesses, we do not have the privilege to be backed by millions of dollars in capital! It should never take 2 days to complete a credit card payment! It not only holds up our customers, but also our livelihood. So now with all of the changes, and removal of online invoicing, merchants are supposed to trust you w/payments? Yeah. ..right.

I just logged into my email account and found a notice of delinquent funds in my account. I sent them an email letting them know that I am willing to do a payment plan to recover the amount if there was any negligence on my part after careful review, but after reviewing my accounting, there is a mistake in implementing a charge back. I am not aware of any payment made from the supposed customer who disputed a charge. They stated that they may pursue legal action against me and/or use a 3rd party to collect these funds. I'm definitely going to get legal advice from my attorney for this case if it is not resolved sufficiently and especially if there is any negative reporting on my credit, I'm going to definitely dispute that. I'll stick with my current merchant account. JMama

Horrid is a good word to sum it up. Im basically told that WePay will dictate the income of my business and I have no guarenteed course of action to change the extremely low limit put on my business. Everywhere it is advertised that after a payment is processed the funds are deposited into my account the next business day. Something that is completely untrue. WePay puts the money into a "pending" status for a number of days. In my case Thursday, Friday, Sarturday and finally released om Sunday. We all know no business occurs on Sunday so this is obviously a waiting period that is no where near the industry standard. I could go to [External Link], have my funds availble instantly on Thursday withdraw the funds and have them deposited by Friday, the latest Monday. After you hold my money hostage for a long time, then only 500 is released to my bank account which doesnt arrive Monday, it takes 2 business days and arrives Tuesday. When I realize my cash flow is being held hostage, I call the company to ask what recourse I have and im consistently hung up on no matter what option I choose in their ivr. After waiting more than the guarenteed 100 mins for a response from email support im told its due to the "trust level of my industry." I fear WePay understands nothing about my industry because they would realize no company can survive on 500 a week when dealing with guarenteed credit card transactions. The only reason im given is it is an industry standard, which is a lie. No payment processor from [External Link] to [External Link] holds funds for up to a week "incase of chargebacks". WePay is cheap, uneducated and has zero connection to their customers.
