WePay was the vendor for collecting registration fees for a conference I attended. A month after the conference I couldn't find the receipt so contacted WePay to obtain a copy. Within minutes I received a response, a link to the receipt and everything was complete. Kevin at WePay Support was incredible

Our customer support representative Kevin gave me a quick reply with clear instructions on how to get a partial refund for a family who registered two sons for our swim team through Swimtopia/WePay, but wanted to cancel the registration for one of the boys. The family had their refund notification within the day.

I had an unrecognized charge on my credit card statement so I sent in the requested information. I received a prompt response from Sean with all the information I needed to verify the charge. Quick, polite and helpful!

Mira wrote back almost immediately with answers that were clear, concise, and effective in sharing with other team members "as is" instead of having to interpret what she said and then rewrite it before sharing.
