Excellent service!

I had a problem with my account that turned out to be an error on my part. Kevin with the Customer Delight team was quick to respond to my request for help. He guided me through the steps required to resolve the issue and it was fixed very quickly. At first I was annoyed that there was no phone number to call to get assistance, but the clear instructions provided in a timely manner through email communication was very much appreciated. Thanks Kevin for all your help!

I made a mistake and signed-up for the same conference twice. Mira helped me get one of the conference fees refunded to my credit card.

Recently got hacked and found some erroneous charges on my one of my credit card accounts that I was unfamiliar with. I immediately contacted Mira and she provided me with an amazing and rapid fire response that thankfully proved this particular charge to be legitimate. It was her immediate reply and professionalism that was extremely impressive as most "Customer Service" these days is anything but. Its easy to see why MIRA has so many wonderful and 5 STAR Ratings! THANK UUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After numerous emails with numerous agents to attempt and fix the issue I was having, I was close to giving up and closing my account with WePay. However, I gave the issue resolving one last shot and encountered Mira via email. Not only was she prompt in every one of her replies, she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. She made it quite simple to resolve the issue I have had and tried to resolve with other agents since January 2019. Great job Mira! I hope your superiors come across my review and reward you with some type of positive compensation for the superior work you provide your customers. You honestly put a big smile on my face. I had a software problem, which is too complicated to describe here. Sean received my request for assistance. Due to the nature of the problem, it took a bit of time to figure out what needed be done. Sean patiently worked with me on the issue, promptly returned emails, and determined the source of the problem. I am grateful Sean received my request and was able to 'make my day'. Thanks! Mo
