I reported what I suspected to be fraud to them. They closed my account with no warning and no explanation, then charged me additional fees. So strange for a bank and payment system who should surely be trying to prevent fraud

I have been using Joist a invoicing company. In order to receive payments I went ahead and signed up for the WePay payment service. I submitted a few invoices and got paid great which then came the bomb. My client used their credit card to pay me for services for their wedding. I get a email saying they needed some information for payment to me which they never ask before. Ok so I give them the info( by the way you only get a email no one you can talk to you and prompt is just during the business hours if you get one) My tax# a copy of my invoice etc. I still get no payment sent to me plus the charged the 2.5% credit card fee. All I got was a message saying it was still being with held. My client paid me via credit payment that was approved according to my records but in pending state due to WePay stalling the transaction. So now I’m busting my butt and out of pocket expenses held because my payment is being held up by WePay. And who is this Mira person that everyone is raving about on the reviews because everyone that has emailed me as been useless and less then stellar. I’m just a small business owner who thought WePay would give her the funds that my client paid to me.

Wepay approved our application based on the requested documents. After the first Payment we received an e-mail saying our account had been closed, no further details. We tried a second time to find out the reason why it had been closed, and received a mail from "Wepay Customer Delight" the info is proprietary, no more details. We received no request for additional documentation prior to the account closing, just closed. If our documentation was incomplete a heads up / warning would have been acceptable and understandable. Wepay claim to be a Chase company, logic dictates there are ongoing issues within the Chase Wepay organization affecting Wepay clients. If these are of a legal nature there is possibly also ongoing investigations. Stay away from Wepay!! We will stick to BlueSnap and Amazon Pay.

They will trick you into thinking you are approved. I have been contacted by Lilah and they said "your documents were approved by our trust and safety team .... you can start accepting payments". After that we start processing payments and sending the goods to customers. Got another email saying that payout/settlement was initiated and should arrive in one week to a bank account. 4 days after I get an email saying "after a CAREFUL review of your account our trust and safety team chose not to approve you ... all transactions your customer paid you during this time are refunded" meaning we get neither money the customers paid for goods, nor goods the customers already received. EPIC FAIL. To be honest I am not sure they even refund this funds to customers, maybe they keep it to themselves. Whoever find himself in a similar situation STOP accepting payments, STOP sending goods to customers not to find yourself in a huge loss.

I signed up with wepay and they closed my account before I ever processed a nickel. For some reason they have refused to answer any questions on the issue. I think they are apart of squareup which has had a history of issues with their merchants.

i****UPDATE....IBDID EVERYTHING THEY SAID TO DO. I WENT TOBTRYST CENTER AND IT STILLW SAYS SERVER ERROR. I NEED THIS MONEY FOR,MEDICAL BILL NOW. NPEOPLE,SENT IT AND,YET I CANT GET IT**************AND NO OHONE CONTACT SUCKS. HOW CAN I GET MY MONWY. IT BELONGS TO,M ME. MYBFAMILY DONATED IT. I DONT,WANT TO BLAST PEOPLE BUT I WILLhave been trying to get in touch with this company for hours. I have money in my My My Meal Train and cannot enter my bank error. This error keeps popping up.Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application. No one will answer my questios as to why I cant enter bank info so I can receive the money my family has donated. No hone numbers. 4 emails and NOOOOOOO response

FRAUDULENT. They are STEALING people's money. They take your money from your account. They allow people to use chargebacks even after providing all the necessary evidence to show the person has indeed used the service. So basically, anyone can use a service and then if they decide they don't want to pay they don't have to because We Pay will give them their money back. To make the situation worse there is no way to talk to a person at this company. The only contact info is an email. STAY AWAY

I used this company when we started. I found them to be unprofessional and played games with our money. I would stay away.
