I had a charge on my credit card that I did not recognize. I reached out to WePay for assistance in identifying the charge before I started a fraud claim. Mira got back to me in record time with detailed information regarding the transaction. I could not be any happier with Mira and her excellent customer service!

Mira was great, very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. I can see why some buyers would think they had a fraudulent charge on their statement. I contacted WePay because we had a charge that state WPY*merchant name. It would have been okay if the merchant name matched what the charge was for. In our case the merchant name was nothing recognizable to us. I googled what the WPY stood for and WePay came up. I went on their website and contacted them via email with the information I had, a short time later Mira contacted me and stated the charge was made payable to the same merchant through one of their partners. Of course I replied asking for more details as to whose name shows as the purchaser (this is for our company credit card), within minutes she replied back with a recognizable name was the responsible party and a contact for the merchant (still didn't know who this was). I contacted the merchant and they also responded within 15mins and our issue was resolved. I think the vendors utilizing this type of payment should advise their buyers the charge may show under a different name.
