I’ve used Weparkinmiami several times in the past and haven’t had any problems until now. I reserved parking for April and didn’t receive an email confirmation. I tried calling the number on the website which was NEVER answered and the mailbox was always full so I couldn’t leave a message. I’ve tried emailing them as well, with the same result….NO response. Ive been trying for 4 days now. I’ve paid for my upcoming parking and need a confirmation so I can enter the ramp. Evidently no one is available if you have a problem. SOL is how they’ve left me feeling. Hopefully this review will inspire someone to contact me.

Damage from dripping white goo landing on the hood of my new black Nissan Pathfinder. No one ever got back to me. Estimated damage is $520.00. I wrote numerous times, and tried calling numerous times. irresponsible company dodging the bullet. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Arrived at the garage 10:30 to go on a cruise at the port of Miami which is 1 mile away. My check in time for the cruise was 12:00 so i thought i gave myself enough time. Upon arrival I park on level 9 as instructed and meet with the parking attendant to give my Tag number on level 8. Well there was 5 lines of people each going to a different cruise ship, fine. I get in line for my ship and waited over 1.5 hours in a hot, dark, no air circulating corner of the garage. I don't speak Spanish but the 2 attendants were definitely not happy with each other yelling back and forth. Another review stated about the metal coming out of the seat, well i must have had that back seat because i almost sat on it. Also waited an hour with not getting picked up after the cruise so we ended up paying a taxi $30 to get us to the garage. Pay the extra $ and park at the Terminal if you are cruising!!

If I could give it a zero star rating I would! Long check in line with only one person. Return from Port waited over an hour no answer calls or texts. Had to take a cab ride back and when we got there nobody seemed to care

Terrible service. Phone#always goes to voicemail which box is full. Text and emails are not answered. Arrived to parking area on 650 NE 2ave and there were 50 people on line waiting to be checked in by ONE person so they could be transported to the cruise lines. Upon arrival to the port we waited over 45 mins for a pickup without success and since the phones are never answered we ended up taking a taxi. When I mentioned my frustration upon arrival to the parking garage nobody seemed to care. Not worth at all a single cent. Not even worth a star.

If I can give them no stars I would ! We got to the parking and waited one hour to be transported. Horrible! No organization whatsoever.

First the location is wrong, we went to 888 NE 2nd Ave and it was really located in 650 NE 2nd Ave. We were almost late for the boat. Then when we came back from the vacation, it took the driver over 1 hour to pick us all up and we were a huge group waiting outside in the heat. I will not use this parking nor refer them to anyone.

I wish I could give zero stars. The shuttle service is awful. Waited an hour for the shuttle to the ship after the vans kept taking passengers from other ships and leaving our line full. The way back was worse. After waiting for an hour and a half we had to grab a taxi (it was also hard to get an Uber). They stopped picking up from the port even though the shuttle that was full saw that there was still a full line of people still waiting when it left. Everyone in line tried calling and no one answered. They also state they don’t pick up after 11 am, so at 10:30 we had to find other options. Highly suggest Premier or SafeWay. Those were the vans that kept coming around and around. Plus you won’t have to spend the extra money getting a taxi or Uber.
