Incorrect product delivered. Poor service with no response to emails or instruction on how to return item
The wrong rug was delivered on 15 January 2023. It is now 24 February and despite numerous emails I have not been provided with details of how to return the rug or receive a refund. This is really poor service. I wonder if this is even a real company. Do not recommend buying from this company.
