DO NOT buy from this company; undisclosed chemicals on products, no dedicated consumer safety response protocol
DO NOT buy from this company. You're risking your health. I bought a rug manufactured by them and had severe respiratory symptoms after vacuuming it for the first time. A white powder was located in my vacuum basket. I wrote the manufacturer to ask what I inhaled; first they used an AI-generated answer, then - when pressed - WALKED THE ANSWER BACK and refused to answer me. Eventually, they tried to absolve themselves of all responsibility and just kept insisting that I return the rug. I had to go on a course of steroids and am still not recovered! They claim their products are nontoxic, but if that's true, why won't they just give me an answer? I asked them what I'm supposed to tell my doctor and got the PR, "well we can't say for sure what's on it!" response. If you can't say for sure what's on it, how do you know it's nontoxic? The plot thickens. This company already has an open file with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission because a woman had a severe allergic reaction to one of their products. When I contacted them having had the same sort of reaction, they repeatedly insisted that their rugs were OEKO-TEX certified and contained no toxic chemicals... further investigation proves that they may be misattributing OEKO-TEX certification - claiming certification on products that don't actually have it. What did I inhale? I still don't know. They've refused to answer.
