We certainly invite you to keep trying, Michael. We obviously make no bones about the fact that we can't help every patient, with every prescription, at every pharmacy ... however, there's nothing to lose by trying the ScriptSave WellRx card, so you're welcome to keep trying. If we can help, GREAT. If not, no hard feelings. As for the prices at the pharmacy being different to what's shown on the ScriptSave WellRx website, this can definitely happen (and we certainly take steps to ensure that patients understand this, so as to limit the potential for shock at the cash register). Unfortunately, that's just the nature of prescription pricing - it can be EXTREMELY volatile, and most patients just don't realize that prices can change so much, so quickly, so often. If you do decide to continue trying the ScriptSave WellRx card at no cost to yourself for future prescriptions, the link below might help ensure a better experience. It provides a few hints/tips to help ensure that the prices at the pharmacy are in line with those on the website. Our program is free to all patients, regardless of whether or not they already have an insurance plan in place (and regardless of any pre-existing conditions).
