Thanks for the feedback, Daniel. If you're using the ScriptSave WellRx mobile app, it's possible that you need to install the updates. We've made a LOT of enhancements recently and added some really neat new features (all available for free). However, as a result, members will need to update to the latest version. That said, if you're using the website, the address is www.wellrx.com. We're not showing any bugs at the moment but you're always welcome to call our tollfree support number if you're still having issues, or use the price-check 'robot' that lives within Facebook Messenger. Thanks for finding the ScriptSave WellRx program, Norma - we're glad you were able to try our free savings card, but sorry you only assessed us as a 2-star :( Many patients mistakenly think that our savings card is a form of insurance and they'll ask us if a certain medication is "covered". Technically speaking, because we're not insurance, we don't actually "cover" anything. Instead, we do our best to negotiate cash-based savings on every single medication, at as many pharmacies as possible (which actually means there aren’t any meds that are specifically excluded). However, the fact that we're negotiating savings relative to the cash prices, and because we can end up negotiating with each pharmacy separately, we always stress that the best results are obtained when the patient is able to use the free price-check tool on our website/app BEFORE choosing a pharmacy. Too many patients simply don't realize that prescription cash-prices can & do vary significantly (and even on a daily basis) between neighboring pharmacies. The good news is that we don't charge patients to use the ScriptSave WellRx program, so you can always price-check our rates for free. In doing so, you'll be able to see ahead of time if we’re able to help - and, if so, you're always welcome to use our savings card at no cost to yourself.
