I received an email from WellBefore for an order I did not place for $61.20. The site does not allow one to remove personal information. DO not engage with this company In response to wellBefore: that is not true that you were sending me free masks to try because there was a charge $61.00 and odd cents. Plus if my original order was small and I replied there was no solid seal why would you send me masks in large

If you allow us to clarify here as well, the notification you received was because I've processed a shipment of some masks in different forms and shapes for you to test them, all free of charge to you and totally on us. I'm sorry we've tried to help by processing some free samples for you and this was misinterpreted. We wish you the best and stay safe. Dear Sharon - responding to your last response. We did not charge your card. The amount you see in the email of $61.20 was before the custom discount of -$61.20 which brought that order to a total of $0.00. There is absolutely no charge to your credit card. We wish you the absolute best.
