I have had a great experience thus far with well before. I had an issue with some of the masks and reached out to their customer service through chat. There was some confusion but in the end they made it right. Everyone was very polite and understanding. I love their colored adjustable adult and child sized KN95 masks….they are SO comfortable.

L188 Harley masks are great for users wearing eyeglasses in winter. Eyeglasses do not fog up as quickly.

Very happy with this company! I have now ordered COVID tests as well as masks both for my husband and myself as well as our grandchildren. We feel comfortable knowing that they are safe and effective masks that will provide us with protection when around other people. The down side is that many others are loving them too, so sometimes it is hard to place an order for the masks in the colors I want, but they do have a nice system of letting you know when they are back in stock. All in all, a wonderful company with wonderful merchandise!

Most of the time, their masks are of excellent quality. I've ordered about 1,000 masks over the past few years and out of those maybe 20 (in two packs of 10) were damaged, most likely in the assembly line. That's a much better experience than I've had with several other companies. I know some people give them poor reviews for selling "Chinese made" but I've had no problems with the quality of the material being used and have tested them thoroughly (smoke test, water test, blow test, you name it). The few times I've noticed them selling something that doesn't work well, they've removed it from the store soon after.

I just love my WellBefore 95 masks because they are so comfortable.They can be adjusted and I can breathe with them on. I have shared them with friends and family.
