I really appreciate WellBefore. It’s unfortunate that they are always out of supplies but I imagine that can’t be helped with half the US relying on them for quality masks, Covid tests, and other supplies. The site is well made, easy to navigate, and it’s fairly easy to check out. What I appreciate the most is that their products are properly tested with transparency, here in country and abroad.

The only way to contact the company is text or email. I know we are still in a pandemic, but this should not be an excuse to forgo customer support via phone.

Dear William, thanks for your honest comments. We are sorry our phone line wasn’t active. The honest truth is that we’ve been managing a very large number of support inquiries and because of this we are focusing our resources where we can help the most number of customers. Our aim is to provide personalized support always; phone support usually takes a bit more time and you can’t multi-task when you’re on the phone with somebody, which is the reason why we’ve focused our efforts in support channels that can be handled more than one customer at a time. That way we are able to help a lot more customers. I know this is very inconvenient but I can assure you that the level of support you will receive is the same as if you were speaking with someone. We are working restlessly to provide the best service possible, so please accept our apologize for not being able to take your call. We will soon open phone support as we aim to give all possible ways for customers to speak to us.
