This is about the fifth time I’ve ordered from well before. I’ve never had any issues. Love the masks, the fact that they’re individually packaged, and are thick enough where I can tell they are true KN95. Will continue to order in the future for all my mask needs.

Package was beat up. Two of the actual boxes the tests were in were slightly scrunched but the tests were all intact.

I ordered the K95 with the head band. Love the mask. Fits well. However I had a slight problem with them. As I tried to put them on, the head band broke off on a couple of them. Hopefully I won’t have problems with the rest.

Ordering in receiving shipment was smooth, although the masks that we got were not the proper size. Emailing support took over a month to get a response and it wasn't until the automated second shipment went out. Support was helpful but I do not believe they actually read my replies as I would. Was asked to respond with details that were clearly stated in my original email. Throughout the conversations back and forth. I was also a little annoyed that one response was received Friday afternoon and by Monday they had closed the case due to no response. I was able to reopen the case and they did refund me for one of the shipments but not the other. Not sure if I will be continuing ordering from this company or not as results seem to be random. Update to comment from support on this: Hi, just sent a reply to your email that included screen shots of the earlier communication I had sent as well as the addition contact where someone did reply, but the 5 day turnaround that you stated was more like a 8 day turnaround based on the time stamps from your ticket since it took 2 days before I heard back (that is not bad, just you need to consider this is also part of the life of the incident for the customer). I also provided the details on how your system attempted to close the ticket before resolution because I did not responded within 24hr over the weekend. Hopefully this information can help you find out what happened, why the 1st email was never responded too, and possible help you when you do a further investigation so you have the correct data so others don't have these same issues. Final Update after working with Jeff in Support: After providing details and screen shots of the issues Jeff was able to take the time to go back and research what happen in my case. He has let me know "This helped me a lot to determine the problem, and I'll be sure to address this properly with my teammates and our processes." Having them actually take time to do this and work with me, I hopeful it will help future cases. I personally feel more comfortable with them as a company and that they do have the best intentions to give customers the best experience they can. I will be using them again for future PPE Supplies. I am an Adaptive Art teacher for special needs students and I wear your KN 95 masks everyday as I teach. They are the best masks that I have ever worn and have protected me from multiple Covid outbreaks at my school. The masks are very comfortable and well fitting.

Good quality masks but way too small.

WellBefore makes quality products. I've been purchasing their masks throughout the pandemic. Child sizes can run a tad small so consider sizing up.
