Hi LHB, we are sorry for not being of help. If you allow me to clarify, I'm afraid our platform is limited to register the first payment applied officially from our customers but not taking editions in consideration, and since you've placed your order with half of the products first and paid for it, and then edited by adding more products on them, the system just can't process a receipt for this part. As for taking months, and after doing some check ups, I was not able to find other communications with us before January 31st when you reached out asking for the receipts and even so, asking for a split receipt. If you are able to provide me any other communication I may be missing in order to verify what happened, I'll be more than happy to check, so just send me an email to [email protected] with your order number for me to help. Dear Heidi, I'm sorry to read you had these issues happened with your order. If you allow me to clarify, I'm afraid to report you back then, due to the volume of orders, we were not able to provide a reshipment of your order for free, as that was out of the regular process and thus, would be delayed even more, so instead we preferred to not keep you waiting any longer and provide a refund so you can place an order again if the products were in stock, but regardless of that, we understand the frustration this have made on you, we apologize for not being able to meet your expectations back then, but if you allow us to make things right, we sent you an email about this, to at least make your experience with us a bit better. Hope we can meet again soon.
