The WellBefore N95 masks we bought are great!
We stopped using all of the other masks and we feel comfortable and well-protected! Wish their stock was always in stock and that more colors were also more available.
I am patient, but I do want more!

Well Before Review
Both the therapist and life coach were in the end very helpful. Offered helpful self help tips: ie, keeping a diary, relaxation app and exercises and just talking me through my problems with good advice. And the twice a week contact was positive for me; it kept me on task. The first life coach (for about 3-4 weeks) presented a problem. Mainly, I had difficulty understanding/hearing her; I have difficulty with some voices which come across as muffled and there was no good fix ie, adjusting volume, making sure she wasn’t on speaker phone, slowing down the speech, etc so I asked for a different life coach and the 2nd one worked out great, thankfully. I could hear her words clearly same went for the therapist. Also, the first life coach was not as helpful with tips and tools. I have several life issues on my plate. The therapist suggested focusing on diet as I have gastric issues for which I am under a doctor’s care. In reality there was not much exchange on that topic. My primary stress is family dynamics related. Also, a have a physical condition, vestibular and motor skill issues due to a drug administered during a surgery which caused severe damage to the inner ear. Very stressful. Overall, I am very appreciative for this program. It gave me tools that helped manage stress levels and the human aspect of being able to express my frustrations and receive positive feedback was invaluable. Thank you for this program.
