The mask no longer fit to my face snug because the ear bands are situated different on these last two batches of masks I have ordered I think maybe they are made in a rush so I will not be ordering any more masks any time soon I work in a hospital that like many others were hot hard by covid and I want to be protected as much as possible starting with proper fitting ppe and masks

Hi CJ, we are deeply sorry that there were some defective masks within your order. Sometimes when products are manufactured at mass scale, there are some stragglers that have a few defects. We apologize for this and we promise to make it right by checking our batches with the manufacturer again. As for your future purchases, please never hesitate to reach out to us when these issues happen for us to provide the proper assistance. Finally, please be sure to check your inbox, as we've sent a confirmation which we hope may help to make things right with you. Stay tuned.

I love your product, very comfortable even for long days! Items arrive in a timely manner…lots of compliments on them from coworkers. Thank you for making such high quality product.

I ordered mask and was waiting for two weeks before receiving an email that they were out of stock. I could have ordered other mask in the interim had I known earlier. Then it took 5 days before my account was credited. How do you charge someone if you don’t have items in stock?
Response from WellBeforeFeb 18, 2022
Dear Cindy, we are sorry you had this experience with us. Although we do our very best to ensure this doesn't happen, when inventory counts are done by humans, some errors may happen from time to time and even though we are always triple checking our counts to be absolutely sure we don't sell what we don't have in stock. By any means we intentionally sell things we don't have in stock. Your experience, unfortunately, is an exception that we are always working very hard to ensure doesn't happen again. Please allow us to make this right somehow. We'll reach out to you shortly to see how we can make your experience with us better.

Ordered the foldable N95 masks. These will be my go to for travel. This style is way more comfortable to wear than the hard cup style N95’s.
