Dear Ronson, we are sorry to know you had issues with your order that is sent to Hawaii. If you allow us to clarify, as you selected Economy shipping to be delivered to Hawaii, shipping to the island may take longer than expected to arrive, and for those cases, it is always suggested (as you may already have known for previous purchases you've made to be shipped there) to keep in touch with USPS to know the delivery date or if they have received the package in their HI location. We hope this information have helped, and to help even further for our customers in Hawaii and Alaska, we've started to use a better option for you all to get your orders be shipped there in a much more timely manner.
