The products have been great if I can get over the frustration of using the website. Sometimes I cannot log in or change a password or even use the code for signing in.

For a "medium" mask, these feel wayyyy too small, like kid-sized. I'm a very average sized person with an average-sized head. Figured medium size would be fine. I regret buying so many of them. I don't think they need to be individually wrapped, seems wasteful. Good construction.
