Hi there, we are sorry to know the masks didn't arrive. As we clarified on our communications with you, we did send the masks and they were in the courier hands but unfortunately, due to the large volume of packages they had to handle, yours was reported as lost in transit, and although is not on us, we wanted to apologize for this and refunded so we can make things right, and to go a bit above and beyond, please check your inbox as we are looking to assist you somehow right now.
