Communication about the product and…
Communication about the product and delivery were excellent. I found your product through recommendations from Wirecutter and I am very pleased with the product and the process to purchase it.

Very Comfortable well fitting masks
Very Comfortable well fitting masks. The adjustable ones are great! I've discovered that where you tighten makes a huge difference in the fit. I put the little adjuster bead behind my lower ear to pull it slightly down and tighter across my cheeks. I see many people tighten them up above their ears, but then the maks tends to slip down.

We have been using WellBefore KN95…
We have been using WellBefore KN95 masks throughout the pandemic and feel they are the best masks on the market. The adjustable ear loops make them comfortable for everyone to use. Customer service is great! Delivery fast. We had what we thought was a delivery problem but it was actually on my end. Still, WellBefore responded so quickly to help me figure it out!

Delivery nightmare cancelled order with refund. Well before surprised me a month later sending me a replacement order free of charge. EXCELLENT N95 MASKS
I placed my order for masks with expedited delivery and needed them for jury duty 01/30/22. You sent me notice that my order was on the way- provided a UPS tracking #. UPS never received the package from you. I cancelled the order, rec'd $ back. A month after delivery was due, you sent a free replacement of my order- Masks are great-easy to get great fit for most adults with no slippage or leaks

Dear Jane, thank you for your kind words, and we are fully sorry you had to experience this moment with your purchase. Although we worked very hard to make your order be delivered, couriers may delay things and we can't control that, we're afraid to tell. However, as you experienced, we are here to help and make things right to help, so thanks for being our customer and trust in us. Rest assured we will do our best to assist with all issues you may have as customer. Stay safe.
