The price and shipping time was…
The price and shipping time was alright. I found it terribly inconveniencing that the elastic bands do not come tied, nor the mask containers assembled.

Thank you for your kind review about the items and the shipping timeframe! We sincerely apologize if the packing of the item was an inconvenience. We ship them apart from the box for now in order to keep the shipping prices affordable for our customers, and we clarify this on our site in the product's description. About the head straps, this is constructed like this so our customers find it easier to tighten or loosen the straps without having them attached, and found out this way the N95 loops last more. We appreciate your feedback!

When I searched for a product I wanted…
When I searched for a product I wanted one made in AMERICA...and it said that your's was. Well, I saw on the packaging that they are shipped from Texas, but made in China! I would have never bought them.

good customer service. good quality masks. good price. i purchased masks with adjustable straps which allow for good comfortable fit.

Correcting Confusion On- Ordering
The only problem we had was an error on my part in the ordering sequence! Well before took the time and great response in correcting my understanding of the ordering sequence! My suggestion is change the on line ordering to check the box on whether this is a one time order or repeating sequence! Thank you and great job!
