Dear M, we are sorry to know you had these issues with your masks. Our masks are packaged instantly as they are made in the individual plastic packaging. If some masks have what we call the “new mask scent,” we advise letting the mask air out for 5-10 minutes and then trying it back on again to see if that new mask scent has faded away.
